Refund / Return Policy

Overview

We have a 30 days full refund policy. If you found that our services are not up to the mark you expected we will undo our work and refund your money. No questions asked. 

Refunds

Once your return request is received, we will notify you that we have received your request. Once we processed your request we will revert your website to the conditions you handed it over to us. If you subscribed to our services with an offer that you did not have to pay for the first month, then no charges of fees will be due back as none was taken from your bank account.
On subscription-based services we can only fully refund your money if you make your refund request within the first 30 days of your subscription.
