Introduction

Your registration obligations
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract and are not prohibited from receiving services under the laws of the United Kingdom, the United States, the EU, or any other applicable jurisdiction. Member account, password, and security
After completing the Service’s registration process, you will be required to create a password and account designation. It is your responsibility to keep your password and account confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities under your password or account. You agree to notify WP Guardians immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other security breach and to ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session. Failure to comply with Section 4 will relieve WP Guardians of any responsibility for any losses or damages that may result.
Payment and Renewal
General Terms
By purchasing a product or Service, you agree to pay WP Guardians the indicated one-time, monthly, or annual subscription fees. You may receive additional information about payment terms through other means. If you choose to upgrade and subscribe to a Service, you will be charged in advance on the day of sign-up and this payment will cover your usage of the Service for a monthly or annual period, as specified. Please note that payments are not refundable.
Automatic Renewal
Suppose you notify WP Guardians after the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel your subscription. In that case, your subscription will automatically renew, and WP Guardians will charge you the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee (including any taxes) using the payment method on record for you. You authorize WP Guardians to collect this fee. However, you can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting our support team.
Services
Fees and Payment
By signing up for a membership account with WP Guardians, you agree to pay the setup fees and recurring fees as applicable. You will be invoiced in advance for any services you wish to use. WP Guardians reserves the right to change the payment terms and fees provided you receive thirty (30) days prior written notice. You can cancel the services anytime by clicking the link on your profile page or submitting a written notice to WP Guardians.
Support
All subscriptions come with access to WP Guardian’s support via the Zoho support software system. The support offered includes the ability to request technical support assistance via the ticketing system at any time. WP Guardians will make reasonable efforts to respond to your requests within 24-48 business hours. Support will be provided in accordance with WP Guardian’s standard services practices, procedures, and policies, as outlined on their website https://wpguardians.com.
Use License
This statement refers to the terms and conditions for using materials available on the WP Guardians website. The following points summarize the conditions of the license agreement:
- You are allowed to view the materials on WP Guardians’ website temporarily for personal, non-commercial use only.
